EXO PLUS® Anti-Aging Cream

Route: Topical application to facial skin.

Apply a small amount to freshly cleansed and toned skin. Gently massage in upward circular motions until fully absorbed. Can be used as a treatment cream in a morning or evening regimen. Follow with broad-spectrum SPF ≥30 sunscreen for daytime use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. May be extended to the neck and décolletage as directed.

Application frequency is prescriber-directed. Typical practice:

• Apply once or twice daily to target areas.
• Consistent daily use over a minimum of 12 weeks is recommended before a formal assessment of clinical response.
• EXO PLUS may be used as a long-term maintenance anti-aging preparation, with periodic prescriber reassessment.

EXO PLUS delivers anti-aging activity through converging mechanisms:

• Exosome regenerative signaling: TGF-β, VEGF, FGF, and EGF-family growth factors within vesicles activate fibroblast collagen I/III and elastin synthesis; anti-senescence miRNAs suppress SASP inflammatory signaling from aged fibroblasts; EGF-related factors accelerate keratinocyte renewal.
• Additional PLUS actives (peptide/antioxidant/cofactor as formulated): May include signal peptides (e.g., acetyl hexapeptide, palmitoyl tripeptides) that further modulate collagen synthesis; antioxidants that quench ROS and protect vesicle bioactivity; and ingredients that support the skin's endogenous antioxidant defense system (SOD, glutathione) to create a more complete multi-pathway anti-aging effect.
• Cream vehicle: Emollient and humectant components reduce TEWL, support the skin barrier, and provide a sustained-release matrix that optimizes ingredient residence time and skin bioavailability.
